Omama's Journal -late morning-
Last night I watched a series of videos on Youtube. At first it was about the German Holocaust : 1st Part of Video
There are 6 videos, each plays for around 9 - 15 minutes. Terrible thing the holocaust =_= Never could grasp even the slightest logic of how and why one can be so brutal...
So anyway back to the video, as you know, we tend to "get lost" in Youtube zone.. I stroll on and landed on a series about Jasenovac camp. Not all people know about this camp, hell I sure didn't.. I just heard it yesterday too (Watch It Here)..
It is about elimination of the Serbs by the Croatian Nazis. Gruesome. When you watch the video, you'll know what I'm talking about.
Then I had this idea on my head.. One day revolution shall commence.. and when that day come, all of us who are so attached and dependent on technology will take the place of those people in the death pit. We would be invalid, unaware, uneducated.. in other words, dead whilst alive (ACK). And since we're so much so, we'd be just like farm animals.. easily herd and gathered just to be eliminated.
We should really start to live like our ancestor :

- Eat to live, NOT live to eat
- Control our tools, NOT be controlled by them (hence the Blackberry, iPad, and other epidemic)
- Educate our children, NOT let them do as they please for the sake of "happy childhood"
- Play our significant roles as men and women, NOT forcing upon equality
- Know, recognize, learn, understand, and do our belief in GOD. YES THERE IS A GOD.

Meet Omama
I am Omama :) Is that my name? Nope. Well.. a part of it is hehe. The "O" stands for "Okky" which IS my name, and the "mama" is there because I'm a Mother ;) Besides, it's quite catchy wouldn't you say?
As this blog is written.. err.. "typed", I am 30 years, 3 months, and 1 day old. Somehow I still feel like a 9 year old inside ^_^ I'm a Libra, and my Chinese zodiac is Rooster.
I have 4 living children. If all my children were alive there will be 6. Both my 4th and 6th were stillborn at 6,5 and 7 months in the pregnancy. My 1st is now almost 14 years old, my 2nd almost 10, my 3rd just turned 8 last September, and my 5th is soon to be 3 :) Bless them for putting up with a Mom like me LOL.
I'm in my second and -hopefully- last marriage. 1st marriage was at the age of 16, had my 1st son from it, got divorced at age 17. My 2nd son is from an extra-marital relationship, bore him at age 21, split up with his dad when he was 5 months old. I'm now married to a guy I met son afterwards, had the rest of my kids with him.
Why is this blog written? Just so I have something to do whilst waiting for a job interview to come. Currently unemployed. Oh yeah, I'm a freelance English Translator & Interpreter. The job's great and very flexible, the pay is also good -considering I'm paid per work day- but I really need the discipline in financial management pheeww..
